To do great things in life, we must have the courage to confront our fears. We all want to achieve great things, but we lack the courage to start.

You can’t succeed in life without a courageous heart. It is what you need to move from point A to point B. You need a courageous heart to chase your dreams. If you don’t have a courageous heart, fear will take charge of your dreams.

To face your fear, you must cultivate a courageous heart. Let us start with the following strategies:

Do not run away from facing the real problem. If you want to solve a problem, do not ignore it. Ignoring a problem is increasing it, not reducing it. Dan Rockwell says, “When you refuse to deal with the real problem, you’ll deal with recurring frustration.”

Do not tolerate anything that is against your values. As the saying goes, “Whatever you tolerate, you encourage.” If you don’t like something, don’t tolerate it. Let it go. Dr Phil says, “We tell people how to treat us.” If you don’t want to be treated badly, don’t encourage it. Don’t tolerate it. Reject it!

Don’t be scared to think and dream big dreams. According to Donald J. Trump, “I like thinking big. If you’re going to be thinking anything, you might as well think big.” It does not cost a lot to think big. Why not do it. Oscar Hammerstein said, “If you don’t have a dream, how are you going to make a dream come true.” You can make a dream come if you have one. If you don’t have , you can’t win.

Don’t try to keep what you cannot keep. Trying to keep what you cannot keep is like breathing in oxygen and not letting out carbon dioxide. You are not going to enjoy it. The same is true for other things. If you can’t keep something, give it away. According to Jim Elliot, “He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain that which he cannot lose.” If you cannot let go of what you cannot keep, you cannot gain what you cannot lose. Think about it.

4 Ways To Change Your Life, According To Nelson Mandela

When it comes to change, we don’t want to hear it. We don’t want to talk about it. We don’t want to experience it.

If you want to live a fulfilled life, you can’t do it without change. As I write this note, I am changing. I am Learning. I am developing myself.

Don’t fight change. Change is not about changing your physical body. Change is about changing your soul. Change is not about you. It is about your soul. It is about your inner life. It is about your spiritual life.

To change your life, according to Nelson Mandela, you must do these four things:

You must conduct yourself with morality. Mandela said, “Those who conduct themselves with morality, integrity and consistency need not to fear the forces of inhumanity and cruelty.”

You must dedicate yourself to what you do. In Mandela’s words, “Everyone can rise above their circumstances and achieve success if they are dedicated to and passionate about what they do.”

You must conquer your fear. According to Mandela, “I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.”

You must learn from pleasant and unpleasant experiences. “It is in the character of growth that we should learn from both pleasant and unpleasant experiences.”

Change is the way.
