When you wake up in the morning, before you do anything, ask yourself the following questions:

”Am I moving forward in life at the speed I wish to?

Am I taking the necessary actions to do so?

Am I managing my thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships in ways that help me progress, grow, and contribute?”- Brendon Burchard

If you haven’t started asking yourself some tough questions, it is never too late to start. And now is the time to start.

Why Fear Is A Great Enemy Of Growth

Before you give up, remind yourself: 'Fear is not my enemy. Fear is my friend. It is here to push me, not to stop me.''

According to Swami Sivananda, 'Fear is a great enemy of man.
It is the enemy of his progress.
It disturbs his peace and harmony.
It sucks or saps his vitality and energy.
It drains the nervous system of its reserve energy.
It produces weakness.''

Fear is real. Live with it. Manage it. Or it will manage you.
