you can use your time to help other people, to change the world.
To start, you must first help yourself.
As the old saying goes, "You can't help if you do not have."

It depends on you. It depends on what you want to give.
Do not limit yourself. You can add value to yourself.
You can add value to other people.
How? By bringing out the best in them.
The time to start is now.
Yes, “You are your own enemy.” Today is a new day. If you have been calling yourself names, stop it.
You are not what you are telling yourself. You are more than that. Do not limit your own life to what you think you can do. You can do more than you think you can do. Stretch yourself. Try new things.
Remember that the only way to get better is to do new things. And that is why you should never limit yourself. Never!
