Helping other people is a gift.” If you have the chance to help somebody, do not miss it. It is a golden opportunity to know more about yourself. It is a golden opportunity to know more about other people. It brings you closer to other people. They need you. You need them.

We are depressed because we isolate ourselves from other people. We love our electronics. We don’t want to have anything to do with people. That is a mistake.

Life is all about knowing people. Life is all about meeting people. Life is all about trying to connect with other people.

If you isolate yourself, how can you know other people? If you don’t reach out to other people, how can you know them. You can’t. The world around you will remain a stranger one.

“Helping others is a gift.”

When you reach out to other people, you will know yourself better. You will know them better. In doing so, the gap between you and the other person will be reduced. Don’t hide yourself from the rest of the world. Your face is beautiful! The world wants to see you.

If you hide yourself from the rest of the world, you are hiding yourself from the opportunity to know people, to get more things done, to understand the world around you, and to know your OWN self.

Live to connect with others, not to isolate yourself.

This Is Why Comparing Yourself To Others Is Not Helping You

When we compare ourselves to others, we are not helping ourselves, we are destroying ourselves.

Ask yourself: Why am I comparing myself to other people? Are we created the same? Are we pursuing the same goals in life?

If you compare yourself to others, you are making yourself inferior to them. You are telling yourself that they are better than you. You are telling yourself that they worth more than you do. You are telling yourself that you do not deserve anything in life. More important, you are planting a bad seed in your mind- the seed of inferiority.

Remember, only you can make yourself feel inferior. Stop making yourself feel inferior. You can do that by changing your thoughts about yourself.

The only way to stop comparing yourself to others is to see yourself as a great person, as a unique person.

Eleanor Roosevelt said, “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.”

Yes, only you can do that. It is within your power. You have the power to control your mind. If you can control your mind, you can control what and how you see and think about yourself.

Mark Twain said, “Comparison is the death of joy.”

Stop comparing yourself to others. They have their own issues to solve. You are unique. You are you. You are not like anyone and you can never become like anyone. They can never become you.
