Always Do Things That Mean Something To You

If something doesn’t make sense to you, then don’t do it. If you do, you are the one who is going to face your music.

Just because everybody is doing the same thing does not make it right. If it is good for them, then let them do it. If it is not right for you, don’t even think about it.

Why is that? Because you are going to waste your time. It is not going to make you a better person. So why do it?

If painting makes sense to you, then go for it. If music makes sense to you, then go for it. If you love reading, then read more books.

Don’t just do things because they are popular. Do things because they are going to make you better. Do things because they are going to increase your value in the market place. Do things that make you come alive. Why? Because the world is looking for people who have the courage to follow their dreams.

Your Success Will Be Determined By …

Your success is not determined by your education, 
by how many books you have read, 
by how many people you have in your contact list,
by how many degrees you have. 

But by what? 
Your success will be determined by how you live your life. When it comes to success, 
how you live your life matters, 
the people you meet, the thoughts you think, 
and how you see yourself, they are important.

Because you cannot separate your success from how you live your life. According to David Starr Jordan, 'There is no real excellence in all this world which can be separated from right living.''

Can you do that? Can you separate your life from your success? Try it.
