“Do not put your work off till to-morrow and the day after; for a sluggish worker does not fill his barn, nor one who puts off his work: industry makes work go well, but a man who puts off is always at hand-grips with ruin.”– Hesiod, Greek poet
Badness you can get easily
“Badness you can get easily, in quality: the road is smooth, and it lies close by. But in front of excellence the immortal gods have put sweat, and long and steep is the way to it, and rough at first. But when you come to the top, then it is easy, even though it is hard.”- Hesiod, Greek poet
“We take care of ourselves by lightening up and not being so damn hard on ourselves.”– Cleo Wade
Are you taking care of yourself? If yes, keep doing it. But if no, what are you still waiting for? Don’t wait for anyone to take care of you. Do it yourself. Be bold. Believe in your power to do it. It doesn’t matter where you are, if you are really committed to making your life a masterpiece, you can do it. Don’t “sweat the small stuff.”
You can take care of yourself by focusing on what is important to you in your life. You can’t take care of everything, but you can take of what is important to you in your life. Don’t stress yourself over what you cannot take care of. If something is beyond your power, don’t sweat the small stuff. Just do what you can to take care of yourself.
When you are down, get back up. Focus on what makes you happy. Try to do things that help you feel better about yourself. Don’t let people treat you badly. If you want them to treat you with love and respect, you must tell them how you want them to treat you. According to Dr Phil McGraw, “We tell people how to treat us.” Treat yourself with love. Don’t let anyone put you down. When you make a mistake, don’t beat yourself up, learn from it. Do what makes sense to you. If you are okay with what you are doing, then keep doing it. It is your life.
