Happiness is driving the world crazy. We want happiness. We want it today. We want it now. We want happiness, but the question is, “Are we doing the right things? Are we loving ourselves? Are we loving other people? Are we giving out enough love? Are we giving out enough happiness? If not, we should stop searching for happiness.

You can’t find happiness by searching for it. You find happiness by giving it out to other people. Happiness is about love. It is about gratitude. It is about kindness.

If happiness is what you really want, if happiness is what is driving you crazy, stop searching for it. Because you will never find it. Why? Because happiness is a spiritual thing. You can’t touch it. You can’t catch it. You can’t move it. You can’t see it. But you can feel it.

Yes, you can feel it. It is about how you conduct yourself every day. It is about how you live your life every day. If you want to make yourself happier, according to Christian D. Larson, “Simply exercise general self-control in everything you do.”

Happiness brings life. You can’t live a meaningful life, you can’t live a purposeful life unless you are happy with yourself. Because happiness brings life.

Do not worry yourself about happiness. Just commit yourself to doing good things every day, and happiness will find you.

It is within you. Do not look outside of you for happiness. If you really want to make yourself happier, you must look within yourself. You must think good thoughts every day. And you must focus on the good side of life every day. Do not look for happiness. Give it out.

You have it. It is in your heart. All you have to do is to carry it with you wherever you go. Remember that happiness is not what you search for. Happiness is what you give to other people. When you give it out, happiness will come back to you. You get back what you give out. So if you want to make yourself really happy, carry happiness in your heart wherever you go.
