How Complaining Is Hurting Your Life

“People won’t have time for you if you are always angry or complaining.”-

Stephen Hawking, theoretical physicist

It is easier to complain about everything than to take responsibility for everything. Stop complaining about what is not working for you. Stop focusing on the negative things in your life. We all have things to think about. But how we think about them is what make all the difference.

Stop complaining. You can change that. You have the power to do it. According to Gandhi, “Be the change you want to see in the world.” Yes, be the change you want to see in your life. If you don’t make the decision to change, to stop complaining, to start living, you are not going to move forward in your life. If you keep complaining about your life, you health, your work, your boss, where you are, you won’t get to your destination. Because the more you complain, the less you get. The more you complain, the more you will have to complain about.

The more you complain, the less you get. But the less you complain, the more you get. Look, my friend, don’t complain. It is not helping you. It is stealing your happiness away. You can’t be happy and complain at the same time. Be a happy person.

Instead of complaining about everything that is working or not working in your life, why not focus on what is working for you in your life. Whether you want to admit it or not, you have lots of things that are working for you. Write down the things that are working for you and celebrate them every day. The more you celebrate them, the more you will have to celebrate. Don’t be a complainer, be a celebrity.

If you want to stop complaining, you must focus your thoughts on the good things in your life. Don’t complain about anything. No matter what is happening in your life, don’t see yourself as a loser, see yourself as a warrior. You are not a victim, but a victor. You must accept your situation for what it is. Don’t try to change what you can’t change. Don’t complain about what you can’t change. What will change will change. What will not change will not change. So why are you complaining about the unchangeable?

Instead of complaining about your failures, take responsibility for your life, for your failures, for your challenges, and for your greatness. It is your life. You can make it how you want it. If you want to live your life to the fullest, complaining is not the way. Complainers never win. If you want to win, stop complaining. Are you ready to do that?

When You Fall, Get Back Up

“Life swings like a pendulum backward and forward between pain and boredom.”-

Arthur Schopenhauer

Life is all about falling down and getting back up. It is okay when we fall down, but when you fall down, don’t stay there. Don’t make it your home. It is not your home. When you fall down, rejoice! Be happy. Be glad. It means you are trying to change your position. It means that you want to leave where you are now to somewhere better. It means you are tired of doing the same old things that are not giving you what you want. It means you are tied of hanging out with negative people. It means you want to go chase your dreams. It means you know that there are better days ahead of you. Wow!

“We learn by making mistakes. We learn by falling down. We learn by being ourselves.”

You should celebrate yourself for falling down. It is a sign of progress. If you continue to fall down and get up, you will continue to grow. That is how explorers learn how to explore the world. They start with one step at a time. We learn by making mistakes. We learn to get better by taking risks. If you don’t fall, you can’t learn how to walk. If you don’t fall, you won’t know how to get up. If you don’t fall, you will not know what it means to fall.

Life is all about falling down. If you don’t want to fall, if you don’t want to fail, you don’t want to grow. Growth comes from failing. Real growth comes from falling. Real growth comes from making mistakes and learning from them. Real growth brings happiness. If we are not falling, we are not growing. If we are not failing, it means we are not doing enough. Whatever it is you want to do, just do it. Don’t be afraid of falling. You can’t rise if you don’t fall down.

“Never stop trying. Never stop doing. Never stop loving your life. Never stop loving your work.”

Falling is a part of life. Many people are not successful because they don’t want to fall. They don’t want to fail. They don’t want people to laugh at them. If you really want to change your life, you must be in love with making mistakes and learning from your mistakes. More mistakes, more experiences. The more mistakes you make, the more you will continue to discover in life. Never stop failing forward. Never stop trying. Never stop doing. Never stop loving what you do. Keep falling forward!
